On 12 December in town Votkisk (Udmurt republic, Russia) there was a concluding meeting of the union of the churches “Philadelphia” servers that includes evangelical churches in Udmurtia, Tatarstan, Perm and other regions. This is reported by the Christian megaportal invictory.org referring to the church “Philadelphia” press-centre in Izhevsk.

Servers from different cities and villages talked about the development of the local churches and about the plans for the coming year. For example, Votkinsk town pastor Sergej Mansurov pointed out that one of the biggest achievements in this town with 100 000 population was the possibility to show Christian programmes on TV.

The servers from town Glasov (Udmurt republic) and Naberezhny Chelny (Tatarstan) are developing the ministry of rehabilitation centres for alcohol- and drug-addicts.

All the present prayed for needs of each church and the whole union. These are development of the children, youth and family ministries, the businessmen ministry, opening of new churches and ministries in villages, new leaders and their spiritual growth.

The ministers agreed on the prayer with fasting for the next year vision on 11 January. The pastor from Naberezhny Chelny Sergej Kudrin and the bishop Pavel Zhelnovakov shared the Word.

The church union “Philadelphia” is a part of the Russian church of evangelical Christian. This union includes 32 churches and religious groups in the Udmurt republic, Tatarstan and Perm region. The bishop of this union is the church “Philadelphia” senior pastor Pavel Zhelnovakov.
